- Environment is collegiate and team-oriented. - Feedback is valued and practical ideas are entertained. - Company respects its people at all levels, perhaps based on a philospphy that respect for customers, and therefore retention of customers, begins with respect for employees. - Overall this is a very good place to work.

None. Considering the state of the financial services sector, employment is a positive experience from the point of view of this office.

Great place to work at, take care of their employees, balanced working hours, good work life balance, lots of interaction, great team when I was there and lots of challenging work. They rotate their employees and take care of the high performers.

Cons

Job security issues as company has taken a loan and needs to repay it back.
