      Salary is and Bonus is great here however you will work like a mule to get it too and put up with a lot of BS.

      Cons

      Whoever you get for a boss can make or break you. A lot of political hierarchy.

      Visionary with regards to changing the bank ; currently a lot of opportunity for digital type of jobs as vision is to become a silicon valley type of bank

      Cons

      Changing the company so vigorously has left many departments understaffed with key knowledge gone ; with people's morale low and being scared for their future. This is still the messy phase of change ; and a lot of collateral damage is still to be corrected.

      friendly and laid-back environment, good work-life balance

      Cons

      no emplyee appreciation, no fair treatment after terminating the contract of emplyment, generally no incentive to keep valuable (meaning one of the most experienced) employees; very much out-of-date attitude towards human capital
