Modern working environment very young and energetic.

Cons

Not a company for someone who is building a family. most of leadership are disconnected because they don't have one. Doesn't really have its own culture as strategic leaders comes from other Banking organization across the road bringing those culture with them. Diversity - yes, Inclusion not really, the traditional have been overrules and ignored.
