      Pros

      Relatively calm environment with work-life balance.

      Cons

      Sometimes due to mismanagement you run into situations when things are blamed on developers rather than the overall team. Below market salary. If you stay at the company for a longer time it's extremely hard to grow. It's next to impossible to grow from Engineer IV to Engineer V. The salary increase is very hard to negotiate even if your performance is top-notch.

      Cons

      The company’s salary is average, and not all colleagues are competent. However, the problem with Dutch worker rights is that after the probation period of a year, it can be challenging to remove or fire an incompetent employee. Additionally, it can be difficult to assess someone’s knowledge within the first year of employment. These factors can lead to a bunch of problems down the road.
