Pros

Promotes team collaboration and with retirement benefit.

Cons

Super into projects at work like process improvements. They call it Stretch Ambition. it would really stretch you because it's on top of your BAU and you would really not be given with non-prod hours for it. So you have to be creative in terms of finding time to complete your projects.

Pros

Benefits are ok, internal mobility is possible, there is a formal training program that’s helpful

Cons

Pay is embarrassingly off-market, the bureaucracy is suffocating, most teams have a blame-first culture, every decision gets made in Amsterdam, and there isn’t enough risk appetite to make noise in the US market
