Pros

Quintiles will go above and beyond to make you feel integrated into the contract company and Quintiles organization. Helpful to get you in another contract when one ends.

Cons

The positions are contract but they will help you get a new contract position when one expires whenever possible. Benefits are through Quintiles, so if the partner company has a more generous vacation package, you may be working when a partner employee is not.

Pros

Unlimited sick leave and good benefits. Most employees are hard workers and knowledgeable.

Cons

Quintiles leaves the utilization of perks (i.e work from home, flex schedules, work life balance issues) to management discretion. Therefore if you management changes and it will about every year or so, so does the rules and the administration of those rules. You could be allowed to work from home for 3yrs and all of a sudden it is no longer allowed. HR does not effectively manage dispute resolution or provide assistance or protection to employees even if you are a good worker and have been an employee for almost 10 yrs.
