Great pay
Great benefits
Equity through stock RSUs
You Days (company days off every 3rd Friday)
Remote-first culture
Cons
Lack of inclusivity for women in IT/design
Lack of inclusivity for Blacks in IT/design
Lack of inclusivity for parents in IT/design
Lack of work-life balance
A disregard of employees' time zone for work schedule
Enterprise / Talent team, when it was still a thing, was A+. Really thoughtful and supportive product, design, and UX leaders. Felt empowered to connect with cfxn team members to design research projects that I thought would be most impactful. Fellow researchers were always so helpful and kind. I learned so much in my 7 months there.
Cons
Didn't get to stay as long as I wanted. Was laid off 7-8 months into my time there when Talent was no more and they squished ENT and SMB under one Employer umbrella. Working remotely made it hard to feel connected since all my colleagues were in Austin or Seattle. Never had the chance to get IRL hangs in.
- Remote/flexibility
- Mental Health understanding and support
- Unlimited PTO
- Rubric for reviews
- CEO
- Transparency (and actually practiced)
- Support
- Training
- Quarterly bonus'
- RSU's
- Focus around personal growth and the ability to take charge of it/your career yourself
- D&I support
Cons
As a large company, things take a *while* to move sometimes, so it can be frustrating/difficult to get things accomplished in relatively quick manner.
