We’re glad you appreciate that we have a dedicated Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DI&B) team and that our leadership team is aligned to prioritizing this. Having said that, we are sorry to hear you feel that this is not aligned in HR or the manager level. We are aware that there is still work to be done in increasing diversity, inclusion and belonging in some of our teams, and we appreciate the feedback you have given on this. The DI&B team is continuously working in partnership with senior leaders to develop action plans and training to educate and build awareness in this area. We want our employees to grow their careers with us, and as such, we always encourage employees to have 1:1 discussions with their manager on their career development and aspirations so we can work together on achieving them. Our managers are held accountable in our business to their leadership roles and we continuously monitor that through engagement surveys and manager performance reviews.
