Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience working with us. We're happy to hear that you recommend working at Indeed Tokyo. We always want to recognise our employees for the great work they do, and we want to ensure a clear path of progression for your career. We have standards and processes in place including quarterly reviews and calibrations, and we are constantly working to refine this process so it is as transparent, objective and as equitable as possible. We are aware that there is still work to be done in increasing diversity in some of our teams, and we appreciate the feedback you have given on this. The Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team is currently working in partnership with HR and senior leaders to develop action plans that will support recruiting and retaining a broad slate of candidates. Indeed places significant emphasis on creating a culture of inclusion and belonging for all employees, and ensuring we hire people from diverse backgrounds remains a priority for us. Thanks again for sharing your feedback with us. If you would like to speak to us confidentially, please email us at inside@indeed.com.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to write a review for us. We're happy to hear that your overall experience working with us has been positive. We'd also like to take this opportunity to address your concerns. Our salary ranges are determined by the local labor markets where Indeed hires and has established business operations. Market rates are evaluated twice a year, and are adjusted as needed to remain competitive in each market we hire in. That said, base salaries are only one component of an employee’s total compensation. All full time employees are also eligible for quarterly bonuses based on performance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) of our parent company, Recruit, Open Paid Time Off, and various perks depending on your office. We always want to recognise our employees for the great work they do, and we want to ensure our employees progress in their career with us. With that, we encourage employees to have weekly 1:1’s with their managers to not just ensure that goals are met, but also to have discussions on career development. We have standards and processes in place for promotions, such as our quarterly reviews and calibrations. We're always open to suggestions on how we can improve on the way we work. You can share your feedback through our CEO Q&A sessions or reach out to your HR team to share more. We hope this clarifies and thanks again for your feedback.
