Pros

Paid time off, snacks, coffee - I came in at a time where this office was just being built out and it was the greatest place. That has quickly taken a turn for the worse in most recent management.

Cons

If you like to be micromanaged feel free to submit your resume. We are not allowed to get up during call blocks. They flaunt the game room, however, we are told we can only use it before work, at lunch or after work. We are not allowed to be on our cell phones in the sales pit. The office is run like a middle school. The job itself is a ton of administrative work and selling is the last thing on the 'checklist'. Basically turned into a call center. After Mambas passing his quotes were used to 'pump up' the office. Truly disrespectful. We get called 'insubordinate' when they run inaccurate reports. No advancement opportunities.

Thanks for leaving a review of your work experience at Indeed. We’re aware of the recent influx of negative reviews coming from our Sales team. We’ve collected this feedback and provided them to our leadership teams in Scottsdale along with the Sales Leadership team and will continue to monitor the situation closely. There are many great aspects to working at Indeed, including the Open PTO, snacks and office amenities as you mentioned, but no company is perfect, and there’s always room to improve. In coordination with our HR Business Partners and Sales leadership, the goal is to hold feedback sessions to hear directly from our employees in Scottsdale to see what’s working and where we have room to improve. If you have any additional feedback that you would like to share confidentially, we invite you to send an email to us at inside@indeed.com.

Pros

Snacks, catered lunch, unlimited pto

Cons

Where to begin... this place is an extension of college it’s a sad that they pride themselves on transparency when actually nothing is transparent. People are walking on eggshells constantly in fear of losing their job for performance. This sales is not “you get what you make of it” some people have good books with solid accounts where others get awful accounts and no opportunities to actually do well. Management is a joke they promote people who performed well instead of people who are good leaders

Pros

-Great locations -Beautiful offices and facilities -Fair basic wages with good compensation -Some excellent people there with good cultural diversity -Snacks/Breakfast daily, lunch on Wednesdays a plus -Good fitness activities

Cons

-Your career happiness will be defined by your manager (director). Bad manager, bad time at Indeed. -Borderline bully culture (was told on several occasions that I/we were "replaceable" by management) -Unlimited PTO is a myth and is only available for certain employees at their managers discretion -I have witnessed some excellent and inspiring people completely burn out mentally and there's zero structure for dealing with this although they say there is -Essentially a call centre. Some people who do not need high output metrics yet still bring in astonishing revenue and smash targets are not considered successful. -Senior management is vastly different between certain orgs under the same structure and it shows - Far too much micromanagement

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review about working at Indeed Dublin. We take great pride in both of our office environments in Dublin so we’re happy to read that you appreciate the perks, benefits and compensation we offer our employees. The open PTO (Paid Time Off) is intended to be used by everyone. We want employees to take off as much time on holiday as they need, as long as they are hitting their targets and have manager approval. Everyone’s circumstances are different, but the PTO numbers (time taken off) reported globally have increased every year since we added the benefit. Bullying is not something we tolerate from anyone in our organisation. We hope that our current employees will reach out to their team members or HR if they witness such behaviour, so we can address it immediately. We’d love to talk to you further about your review so please do reach out to us on inside@indeed.com
