Maybe the macbook or snacks they used to offer in office.

Cons

A whole lot. It is a political game at its best, and a two-faced backstabbing team at its worst. They set unrealistic targets, give golden-glove treatment to those who play office politics well, and give out brownie points for kissing up to anyone with a more senior title. Terrible place to work.

We try to be open and transparent with our salary ranges for all roles and market rates are evaluated twice a year, and are adjusted as needed to remain competitive in each market we hire in. That said, base salaries are only one component of an employee’s total compensation. All full-time employees are also eligible for quarterly bonuses based on performance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) of our parent company, Recruit. Pros

Very laid back culture and company, great WLB. Enjoyable and intelligent co workers and teams.

Cons

Pay is a little on the lower end of the tech field, but that comes with the great WLB and slow/low actual work being done. You can work as much as you want, or as little, as long as you meet deadlines.
