Most of the people are pretty nice

Cons

The culture that Indeed likes to talk about doesn't really apply to the corporate development team. There are a lot of internal processes that drag out project evaluation/execution timelines, which makes it very difficult to make an impact. Long hours during deals.

At Indeed, we foster a culture of transparency and open communication. As part of that, we have weekly Q&A sessions with our CEO Chris Hyams who takes the time to answer employees questions. When it comes to bonus we have specific KPIs in our sales departments that are linked to goals and performance. We set clear expectations regarding KPIs and we already inform our candidates about this in the application process. 1) Inclusive 2) Great level of transparency, 3) Great benefits 4) We have the best Head of HR ever (Generally speaking, all members of the Senior Leadership Team are impressively good at their job) 5) Following Covid times, Flexibility is the one aspect the company is really investing into 6) amazing work/life balance

Cons

If you ask them, most employees will tell you Indeed doesn't pay as much as other big tech companies in the business. What I think is that if you make money your priority, yes, there will be companies that will definitely pay more. However, if you value flexibility and work-life balance (not integration, as they call it in some other BIG tech companies) more than just money, Indeed is the place to be.
