Pros

Nothing besides free snacks and drinks.

Cons

1) Management does not give a damn about you. You either meet the call quotas or get yelled/threatened at like your garbage. All you are is a paid employee that they use as a human cold-caller to advertise their job search functions. 2) All you do all day is annoy businesses on the phone. Most of the time your generating your own leads as well because there is basically no leads given out to the Account Executives, so its impossible to meet the quota of 60 calls a day. 3) Just don't work here. Trust me. You didn't get a Bachelor's to make pointless calls all day and be treated like garbage. Don't trust the positive reviews for Account Executives. I personally know that they are mostly fabricated to bring in a steady flow of recent graduates to replace the ones that turnover almost constantly.

Pros

Beautiful office space with amenities.

Cons

Indeed is concerned mainly with entertaining the younger employees through constant happy hours and childish activities. If you’re older than 27, don’t live in the city it have a family - you miss out on free perks. There has been numerous requests to provide a consistent daycare system for children but all are ignored. We spend an obscene amount of money on office furniture but get little pay and no childcare in return. Indeed does offer emergency daycare with another company but 10 days a year for a fixed price isn’t a solution.
