Pros

The pay here is pretty attractive, if you hit target. Management lets you run your own portfolio like as though it's your own business, free play so Long as you bring in revenue

Cons

Too many inside sales who are here for many years, taking things for granted and behaving like admin rather than sales people The head of sales is always jumping at the slightest things, screaming and showing disrespect to people. It creates a culture where all the old birds think that to get things done, they need to bully others into doing it. Imbalanced workload. Some people who manage very light portfolio get Low quota while there are others who work so hard yet have challenges hitting their quota.

Churn and burn - don't believe any of the positive reviews

Pros

There are no pros for working at Ingram Micro. Only way you'll do well is if you're part of the sorority-esque clique.

Cons

Where to start? 1. Management (at every level) is completely unqualified to fill a management role. Either they have no education, no formal training, or have no idea about the business. Worst case scenario, they are all of the above. 2. No respect for employees. If you don't fit in with the right clique, your life will be miserable. And fitting in has absolutely nothing to do with the job you do and your qualifications. 3. You will be told to fake contracts just to bring in the revenue. If you say no, you're not a team player. Advice - don't ever fake contracts.

Pros

Onsite gym, rsp matching, fun employee events, very charitable org, nice people. Opportunity to work for manufacturers like hp, samsung, intel, etc...

Cons

So many to share... incredible politics and high school antics at senior level. With recent changes by hr no longer can work from home....only twice per quarter now. Great talent has left due to lack of proper management and respect for employees. This place has potential they just care to much about saving a penny - it's hurting their business.
