Pros

Good pay and the below management people are good to work with but other than that I don't know what else to say

Cons

Do not expect to be moving up within the company unless you know someone or meet and exceed the requirements for the position or they will not even give you an interview.

Pros

Competitive Compensation & Benefit Programs, Excellent in Core Distribution Operations, in Transition following Acquisition by Chinese Conglomerate and Strategies to build technologies businesses.

Cons

Size and bureaucracy make dealing with mid-sized clients very challenging. Global focus is not well executed. Delivering services for clients that need well integrated multi-country coverage hits obstacles due to country managers running their own shows.
