Pros

The entire company does everything it can to keep our at home lives and work seperate. They treat us like human beings with real problems and real situations and will almost always accomodate, I've never felt more needed & cared for by an employer

Cons

The offices can be large and it's a very outgoing kind of environment, it can be a tad overwhelming at first, but once you get into it, everything works out.
