Pros

Friendly Colleges, Good beginning salary, Plenty of respect for their employees when it comes down to anything related to work. Although the cons, this company is working hard at developing better inter-human relationships and when leaving the company, this was definitely at its best in the 3 years or so I've worked there

Cons

Communication is difficult, Emails rarely get read, following up with particular life demands can be quite a challenge when something comes up out of the work environment. This being said, it makes it extremely difficult for advancement to any other department. When it comes to things like your personal life, your nothing but a number to most of them. This is something that, from experience, I have seen in a few call centers.
