Pros

The starting off salary is competitive Medical and Dental benefits start on day one Coworkers are helpful and generally more knowledgable than the management

Cons

Micro-managed Expected to take verbal abuse from customers Scrutinized if you need to use the washroom more than once a day Awful/mean management If you hear "that's not the face we like to put on Intact" once, you'll hear it a million times Heavy work load Expected to be the most positive and amazing employee ever even though management treats you like you're just a number, not worthy of the job, and an idiot

Pros

It is a fun company with a lot of opportunities for you (if you are in the Toronto location). They consistently land on the top employers list every year. It is located by the subway station so you barely have to walk outside.

Cons

The pay and vacation day could do some work, but still good for the industry. After sometime here you notice the more corporate culture along with some lack of transparency
