Pros

Benefits, pay, stocks, and perks are plentiful. Company encourages training, innovation, and keeping employees happy.

Cons

Because of the Pros above, you have lots of employees just milking the company with high pay, and very little effort. Unfortunately it is not easy to get rid of someone with years of experience that are just coasting their day to day work. Lots of change in direction of technology and vision. However, the technology changes take way too long, and are sometimes outdated by the time we get around to implement them.
