Pros

Often we get to solve Challenging Technical Problems. As we grow, distributed-systems scale problems are plenty and very interesting. Very good perks, benefits and RSUs.

Cons

Though we are transitioning to most modern stack, keeping the legacy systems running until their retirement creates schedule conflicts.

Pros

Focus on delivering incredible solutions for customers High employee engagement

Cons

Not enough accountability and responsibility delegated down Too many cooks in the kitchen; decision making still too slow though improved. Internal systems and CTO lead teams delivered poor solutions mandated for use. Thankfully, this area is improving.
