This year there has been so many negative changes in the TTLive lead space. Employees are not offered flexible hours and not able to get the expected hours. The employee disatification is appartent with internal and external communication and interactions are becoming increasingly unpleasant. With the recent change the company is going against its values.

Engineers all work together in close collaboration.

Cons

The leadership in the data org are old-timers who got promoted due to politics rather than being competent at their current job. I left the org to move into a different part of Intuit since the leadership are not able to appreciate innovation and engage in cronyism.
