Pros

Good pay, some employee friendly policies.

Cons

Some of the higher designated people will judge you at each step. And when I say judge it includes you getting disrespected in front of everyone too. So called one of the design team leader in the organisation is the least empathatic person I ever saw in my entire career. She acts as if you are a slave and she is your mistress. Till the time you "exactly" follow her so called "Instructions" you are good. Your own thinking is not valued, you can just be a puppet in that team. I realized that I made a mistake in joining this organisation within few months of my joining. Thankfully now I have peace, respect in my new job which clearly was lacking while working at Intuit.

Pros

Managers are super nice and seem to care about your work attitude

Cons

Job pays no differences or if one person has more experience, education than anyone else. Do NOT bring your whole self. Only bring the programmed skills required. The job is all metrics, performance is measured, analyzed, by 2-3 bosses and 40 clients. The timesheets take up personal time due to the duplication of entry and job costing entry, just to get paid. If you're off by 10th of a minute on your time card duplication, you're timesheet gets rejected and you will wait 2 more weeks for your paycheck. Bureaucratic as all get-out, zero opportunity for advancement into more exciting roles, zero bonuses or anything to get excited about, no exciting projects to work on the job's process assets, zero permission to recommend a course of action without 3 bosses hammering your judgement because you're a lowly brainless robot. Thinking is over your pay-grade. That's for the managers. Super sucks.

Pros

Intuit is a great company to work for, nice atmosphere and great support.

Cons

But they are way too obsessed with getting customer surveys, like they choked you up with it. They tie your bonus to it, you almost like a sales man begging every customer to say something nice about you. Personally I think it is stupid. I enjoy doing taxes and helping people, not to kiss the a** of every customer to take some pointless survey that doesn't say much about your ability as an expert.
