Pros

Benefits are great. Intuit outperforms most conpanies when it comes to taking care of their employees

Cons

Quality of work will depend based on the org. Intuit is strict about coming to office twice a week, which is ridiculous because they are basically forcing people to move to Bangalore. They preach disruption every chance they get, and back away from providing a comfortable option to their employees when many tech companies are embracing option work from office.

Pros

Mailchimp has a good vibe and great product that it's customers love. With the recent acquisition by Intuit it also seems to have more of the tools it needs for it's next chapter of growth.

Cons

Despite the growing pains Mailchimp was suffering pre-acquisition there are a lot of employees that miss the old days. At its worst that longing for the past turns into pessimism.

Pros

Remote work from home. All equipment supplied by Intuit. Choice of hours to work within parameters, good training resources, performance incentives, season-end bonus. Abundance of hours to work during the season if you want more time. Good backup support for help in answering client calls. Complex proprietary IT ecosystem that requires quite a bit of experience to become productive.

Cons

Very close AI monitoring of activity using memorized scripts that must be conformed to exactly in opening and closing with the customer. Daily and weekly detailed feedback on your call performance becomes a little claustrophobic. Seasonal jobs do not often translate into continuing employment AFAIK.
