Pros

Great culture and great benfits. The shift to focus on cloud is the right priority and the future is promising for Intuit. You'll be surrounded by engaged, passionate people.

Cons

Cyclical lay offs. Lots of change that can be overwhelming. Internal tools are frustrating and often lead to unneeded complexity to roles. Career growth is slow here.

Good benefits 5 words, cannot find any others

Cons

Low pay, only want young moldable kids. They love you as an employee, but once they do not need you (outsourced) kicked to the curb.
