Senior management is taking away regularly scheduled WFH days unless you can prove a hardship or special circumstances. Corporate hubs are moving to "choice seating" which essentially means you no longer have an assigned desk. Each morning you are required to come in and find a seat by logging into a system. You have an extremely small locker where you must go to pick up any personal items you'd like to bring to your desk for the day. At the end of the day, you log out and put your belongings back in your little locker. Teams are no longer guaranteed to sit together. You may not even be guaranteed a seat when you come in, in which case you have to work with an Admin to help you find a seat somewhere. By the time you actually sit down, it can be a half hour later. There is a general feeling of frustration and discontent in the office with these changes. There are extremely intelligent and seasoned employees working in this type of environment and quite frankly insulting how we are being treated.

Carefully consider before accepting the job. I was so excited and proud to start this job. The management is great always trying to find ways to help BUT the customers for Chase sapphire are the absolute worst. Extremely rude. I've never been treated this way by a customer in my life. They put you down whine and complain and exspect you to make adjustments for every little thing. It's entirely to stressful for the pay that's offered. Everytime you turn around someone is out on a leave of absence because of the job. I had no choice but to leave because of the abuse from the customers drove me crazy.
