Pros

-Good work life balance. Some teams are overseas, so you don't have to deal with putting out fires at night. -Company pushes for diversity and inclusion, and is hiring from many different sources. -Good PTO and decent benefits, although I wish their health insurance was better.

Cons

-The way the company is handling RTTO (Return to the office) is ridiculous. Upper management has set up a tool to track how many times you come in the office, if you don't comply your name will end up in a report and be sent to HR. The company should spend their time and money doing something else, more innovative, rather than spending so much time and effort to create a tracking tool to force people back in the office. They should give employees more flexibility on when they will come to the office, and when they will work remote. To be forced to come to the office for "collaboration" is not justifiable, when all you do is come to the office just to sit on a Zoom call with the people sitting next to you, or in a different geographical location. -Attrition is very high due to forced RTTO. -Company 401K match not given for first year, and once eligible only given at the end of the year.

Pros

Projects are impactful and results matter

Cons

They don’t care about employees They lowball H1B and force us citizens to take the same salary, because It would cause pay gap. They will move offices without asking employees on team how they feel about the move They force you to come back to office even if you are more productive at home. They track when you are in office and hold it against you during year end review. Managers put constant pressure on developers; Developers need to manage so many non development tasks I do not recommend CCB team.

Pros

The name is the only good thing there. Oh and they are so slow you end up having a “work life balance”

Cons

1) Managers will penalize you with a bad review l, no examples, and they do this to reduce your 6 digit bonus to 0 when you take standard parental leave and will say that it was the “leadership above” who made that decision. 2) MDs consistently underpaid people. 3) MDs will verbally abuse their power and bull their way, even when they are wrong. 4) Their power is large so they hire 3rd parties for everything and hence any issues you have 3rd parties will side with their customer. Aka the firm. 5) They move roles to cities where they can become a top employer because of the name. 6) They treat you like a child and count your work in office days and hours. It’s a prison cell. 7) They have modern open rooms with snacks but you have to pay for them so it’s all a show for the picture. And the prices are super expensive $3.50 for yogurt
