      terrible dysfunctional childish executives sinking the ship

      casual dress, nice people at the working level.

      Cons

      this is the worst company i have ever worked for or ever heard of. completely random firings and 30%+ attrition. its a sinking ship looking for an iceberg. run, don't walk away from this place as there is no growth and no equity. amazing how much executives get away with and the board isn't doing anything. stock price plummeted, 90% of founding talent has quit or was randomly fired. place is ripe for a purchase and then perhaps a complete sweep of all the executives may resurrect them from circling the drain.

      Pros

      When I started, the company seemed to have great potential. Good plan for growth, positive revenue stream, great benefits, etc. Salaries could've been better.

      Cons

      Shady management practices have caused a lot of good people to leave. It also seems as though he company is being set up to be a target for buy out. The CEO and CFO have somethings that have directly caused the stock price to drop into a range that makes the company a prime target at the same time, screwing anyone in the company that took place in the stock purchase program. In addition, I've directly seen the CEO yelling and swearing at people. Extremely unprofessional.

      Great work environment, knowledgeable and helpful coworkers

      Cons

      People are loosing jobs frequently as of job cut to cut down expenses. Experienced people are leaving the company.
