Upper management seems to be clueless. They keep firing the hardworking managers and replacing them with less technical and less knowledgable managers. People keep leaving and management still doesn't listen. There is one bad seed in the HR department and if you aren't on her side then she won't take a complaint you make seriously. CEO is unpleasant. Budgets don't include training and knowledgable people are fired/pushed out of the door but when something goes wrong he snaps at the person that's at least trying to learn and step up.

No matter how good the CEO states the quarter is this stock is stuck in the mud. Its one of the worst performing company stocks in the entire software industry. $32 2 years ago and now $9 and nothing is making it climb. Do not come work here if you're looking for a growth culture and management that is open to ideas. This place acts like the USPS and takes 2-3 years to rewrite and integrate their acquisitions on a single platform Poor work culture and everyone is miserable and afraid of the angry mercurial CEO and the mean spirited CFO. Stay away, so many better jobs out there
