competitive product with good underlying technology. while it took some time to integrate the modules together, it seems as though they finally did it the way it should have been done.

Cons

punitive environment, sales was seen as a disposable function that was the brunt of all that went wrong. QBRs were a reason for senior mgt to abuse sales teams even more.

casual dress, nice people at the working level.

Cons

this is the worst company i have ever worked for or ever heard of. completely random firings and 30%+ attrition. its a sinking ship looking for an iceberg. run, don't walk away from this place as there is no growth and no equity. amazing how much executives get away with and the board isn't doing anything. stock price plummeted, 90% of founding talent has quit or was randomly fired. place is ripe for a purchase and then perhaps a complete sweep of all the executives may resurrect them from circling the drain.
