      Pros

      When I started, the company seemed to have great potential. Good plan for growth, positive revenue stream, great benefits, etc. Salaries could've been better.

      Cons

      Shady management practices have caused a lot of good people to leave. It also seems as though he company is being set up to be a target for buy out. The CEO and CFO have somethings that have directly caused the stock price to drop into a range that makes the company a prime target at the same time, screwing anyone in the company that took place in the stock purchase program. In addition, I've directly seen the CEO yelling and swearing at people. Extremely unprofessional.

      some decent people in between the backstabbing and cat fighting. Canes Tix

      Cons

      Everything from the top down, especially the CEO and his patronizing, elitist attitudes. Compensation is terrible for the industry. Product is now substandard. Awful corporate culture, "mean girl" and bullying attitudes, no work life balance or flexibility. Run far and fast from this place.
