My experience at Jaggaer has been positive so far. From the very start, the onboarding process was smooth and well-organised, helping me feel welcomed and prepared to hit the ground running in my new role. My managers have been approachable and genuinely interested in supporting my professional development. They've provided valuable feedback and coaching to help me continually improve, while also encouraging me to take on new challenges that are allowing me to grow my skills. My colleagues are not only highly knowledgeable in their areas of expertise, but they've also been wonderfully supportive and eager to help me whenever I have questions or need assistance.
