I love the people and culture. Very flat organization and C-Levels are easily accessible.

Cons

Technical support is lack luster for customers and sometimes there is a gap in communication when it comes to sales marketing and product development.

The company is growing and it's small enough that your efforts are seen/recognized, culture is good and the teams are very driven

Cons

Silos within departments but I don't think I've ever worked anywhere that wasn't working on improving inter-department functionality.
