Decent work life balance, helpful colleagues. A lot of leave if you work here long.

Cons

No work from home incentives, not much benefit, no salary review if you've been here long. Bonus always gets cut every year.

Techs and hourly paid employees enjoy a more relaxed culture of work as they often hold non critical roles . For salaried employees and sales a lot more is expected for not so much more compensation.

Cons

Sometimes promotions feel like taking a pay cut due to the increased hours that you have to work for a marginal higher salary .
