Flexible work schedule. Company provided vehicle.

Cons

Software rollouts are not properly tested prior to release. Big corporate safety policies are an unrealistic and overly complicated. Managment practices don't align with corporate policy and vary greatly. Lack of accountability amongst individuals is a major problem. Its not uncommon to be promoted out of someone's hair which has obvious affects.
