Pros

The coworkers are great, but some have given into the attitude of "that is not my responsibility" and "that is the way it has always been done". This is a major red flag for me since I like to get things done and am open to changes.

Cons

Absolute incompetent middle management. Constantly blaming each other for inability to resolve or be accountable for project issues. Upper and middle management are constantly getting caught with their pants down. Literally.
