Pros

The people at Hart & Cooley are generally great. Easy design work with little stress. Three weeks of vacation time upon hire in. Benefits package is good.

Cons

Pay scale is pretty low, but makes sense with the lack of work complexity. 100% desk work. HR and IT practically nonexistent.

Pros

A lot of knowledgeable people always ready to help and share their experiences.

Cons

Limited Product exposure ,teams are divided into structure,foam , plastic ,mechanism , complete seat .Most of the time engineers do only design support (CAD work).No increments even after getting good performance ratings.
