Good opportunity to socialize with others outside of our department. Option to buy 5 additional holiday days.
Cons
Over-worked and often over-looked for promotions. You have to jump through hoops to be promoted and it is not a fair system, as time served in the role really means nothing. Little support from management, as if you do ask for help, you will not be considered for promotion.
