      Nice building and friendly staff

      Cons

      No prospects for progression and underpaid. They say they offer the average wage for the field, buts only because they have the most writers in Cork. They make the average.

      Pros

      Nice modern building in city centre. Nice roof top terrace. Nice foyer and front desk. Advantageous for the work life balance. Nice meeting rooms and library. There is room in there to take calls. Very good sports and social committee.

      Cons

      In my department, poor processes. Poor management. Poor quality documentation produced. Poor training. Poor support. Centralised production for cost saving but little else. Not information development in a known professional sense. Reminiscent of a large outsourcing operation in the third world.
