If you get the right manager / leader it is an amazing company to work for Fast paced Opportunity to get diverse work assignments and experiences Tons and tons of great people in the organization

Cons

If you get the wrong manager, life can be difficult Constantly changing, so all ideas stall out or don't get implemented. Good or bad ideas suffer the same fate Traditional, too many leaders want everyone to wait in line 30 years for a role Leadership is week.

Cons

Constantly changing for the sake of change sake. Not very progressive. Very much check the box management. Employee engagement almost non-existent but they seem to manipulate the annual survey to make it look better than it really is

Good Benefits, professional HR department, Good safety program

Cons

They have tried to become the most sophisticated Facility Maintenance provider in the word and have numerous programs to do it. Problem is everything seems to be based on Excel....gather tons of info...but extracting the information becomes a time consuming endeavor and we all spend our time on the computer and not managing the buildings... Low bidders don't have the staffing necessary to provide such grandiose schemes...
