Pros

401k match is only real benefit. Medical benefits not too bad (I've seen much better).

Cons

Company values, no quality, poor process controls (operator Dependant), wasteful, management poor, don't take safety serious enough, works with very dangerous substances, no cohesiveness in management (working I dependantly),promise / instructed to do one thing and then get yelled at for doing it, direction changes daily, mgmt yells at their staff, no matter what you do it isn't good enough.

Pros

Good field personnel. Safety first.

Cons

Too much reorganization and churn. Three in two years. No one I interviewed with was in role after 18 months. National people lose major contracts without engaging the local teams that make it all work. Weird... it's hard to find an employee over the age of 50. With as many people you'd think they'd be representative the population. No one gets to stay to retirement.

Pros

Great benefits, large company, pay was good.

Cons

Environment is toxic, with a lot of finger pointing. Lots of engineering types and processes. Absolutely no marketing, all marketing is expected to be done by the retailers. Its an engineering company so there are TONS of processes, but surprisingly its incredibly inefficient. Battery labels are still applied by hand , etc. The Milwaukee office seems extremely unhappy. The cubicles don't even have walls, so you are staring at someone while you do your work. You have to have allies in this company or they will turn on you in a heartbeat.
