Pros
The people genuinely are there to help. They all make time for each other. You’re in-house with the participants in the clinical trials so you can walk over and see how the study is going. Management is really great, probably the best I’ve ever had in a job. Fantastic benefits and flexible time off. So much to learn here if you like to take on a challenge. You will always be on your toes.
Cons
The training is lacking, but they are aware and working on this. Lots of gossip.
