Pros

Great Team at BA Office (Argentina), very supportive and really kind staff (from co-workers to Managers). Very good salaries. In expansion, the team is growing and a lot of opportunities are available.

Cons

Lacks benefits and presence of an HR department, the Salaries in Argentina gets outdated due to high rate of inflation (Finance said they are working on a solution). Management need more structure and to update the systems.

I have some friends working in Labcorp and they always advised me to work in this company because they are happy working here.

Cons

Maybe there are a lot of trainings that some of them can wait a little more time, because I have trainings in Labcorp and client to do and also I have to do my job.
