Pros

The company treats everyone well, there is lots of opportunity for promotion, the industry is very dynamic and interesting, and our work directly impacts the health and well-being of patients. It doesn't get any better than that.

Cons

The work is challenging and requires a full effort. I thrive on that, but not everyone does. If you're looking for a simple, boring job where every day is the same, this isn't the one for you. But if you like to be challenged (with plenty of support), then you can build a great career here.
