You can move around with the organization, gain experience in a variety of areas and progress your career. The opportunities are endless!

Cons

In such a large organization it is inevitable that sometimes the personal touch is lost. This is however where the individual team cultures are so important to ensure someone is engaged and does not feel isolated. In my experience unfortunately not all departments have a strong team culture.

Local to me, some nice people .

Cons

Excessive workload that cannot be done during normal hours, lack of clarity or quality in most people’s work, all since they took over, woeful integration. It is like 2 different companies.
