Bad communication, if you have issues most of the time they get overlooked or unaddressed. Seniority is more important than what is right. When you try to speak up people get defensive or offended. Too much gossip and putting coworkers down need more uplifting and encouraging.

All management are African-American and most co-workers are as well. The hate for white people oozes out of their pores. AA co-workers treat white patients with such obvious rudeness on the daily while they treat AA patients as if they're best friends. One co-worker is white, like me. We've had racial slurs said, cussed at, personal property destroyed (mysteriously), cell phone stolen, car keyed, lied to management, set-up to get us fired. They want LabCorp ALL BLACK and this was actually said to a patient! My co-worker and I have complained to management, even upper management but because they're all black and all friends, nothing happens to end the harassment. We're contacting EEOC and a law firm. THIS IS REVERSE RACISM!
