I love what I do. Good immediate supervision. Certain employees.

Cons

COMPUTERS.... Immaturity of certain employees, two faced, back stabbing employees, Upper management tells you to call with issues, but don't get back in touch. PSC location on West Broad. The fact we have to get disrespected, yelled at, threatened, etc. by some patients or donors and STILL have to cower to their intolerance, cruelty and demands. We are not allowed to stick up for ourselves, even in a respectful manner. A hard working ethic is not rewarded appropriately, but your failures and short comings are at the top of the list and pointed out religiously.

Training was awesome from someone who has no idea of insurances and copays, and a doctor's office, My supervisor checks in on me all the time and she is an awesome supervisor, I can call her with any questions
