Option to take home company car for $100/month Freedom outside of the office. Enjoy seeing certain providers during the day Benefits are OK You occur 2.5 hours of vacation pay per pay period.

Cons

Pay is rather lacking for what you do. You work in all weather conditions and deal with traffic. Taking time off must be done weeks/months in advance. Taking time off is like "pulling teeth." Isolation due to driving 7-8 hours by yourself. Abundance of supplies to deliver to various doctor offices. "Will calls" which can delay you. Working weekends depending on your route.

Great Pay Work From Home I don't have terrible calls Great bosses, lots of PTO (40 hours you can borrow from available upon start) , area for promotion,great team! Paid holidays I started off as a contractor for LabCorp LES, I was so glad when they asked me to stay once my contract was up. My bosses and the team I work with are absolutely amazing, you can't ask for a more easygoing group and I work from home so I can get so much taken care of. I appreciate everything we as a team do and I couldn't ask for a better job!

Cons

Sadly bonuses are not really existent since Covid was a thing.
