Pros
The company allows you to lease the vehicles, depending on the position. This cut expenses and allowed me to pay off some debt. The benefits are also great. I only took advantage of the vision plan.
Cons
Money. Maximum allowed percentages for raises are capped at 3%. They hire with low wages and do not recognize daily work as “raise worthy.” You have to really go above your duties to see that 3%, ie weekend and holiday volunteering. For example, I was only making a dollar more than what I was hired at in four years. They really like to white-glove the reports to give you less than 3%. Management will make large changes to your employment without discussing it with you first and will not compensate you for the changes. Keep a copy your original hiring contract filed.
