There was rarely down time, so shifts seemed quick.
Cons
Sometimes the workload was far more than one or two people could handle. Pay was awful. Other departments would slowly pour their workload into our department. Supervisors refused to innovate. Bad employees would never be held responsible, with the exception of an occasional talking to, but never anything more, so poor behavior continued.
