You will get a good paycheck and able to easily pick up hours and get OT since you are required to work one or more weekend. Ideal for anyone who is looking for entry-level job into science related fields or is a night owl. There is many job opportunities and transfer available within the company. Employers do give out rewards for employees if you overachieve expectations.

Cons

Be prepared to be overworked and work long hours with minimal work-life balance. Not ideal for people with families. You will fight for limited paid time off and it is extremely difficult to build up PTO Will deal with difficult coworkers and favoritism Management rarely care or helps their employees Extreme turnover rate Some micromanagement

Can gain experience if you are interested in the field or still in school for your BA

Cons

Hours go between 10-14 every night!!!! You only have Sunday night off. If the specimens aren’t processed you can’t go home High turnover rate, always looking for people and the average person stays less than 6months Management is cruel and HR doesn’t do anything about it
